Jesus Camp

This is a documentary about rabid Evangelical Christians. It is excessively disturbing and scary. I watched it with my roommate who goes to an Evangelical Free Church (I don't know how they are related to the church in the documentary) which was interesting. These people "speak in tongues", cast out demons, and idol worship President Bush. It is hard to be a Christian and watch this film because they share some of the same beliefs but they take them to such an extreme that it is hard to admit that we share them at all. They are so rabidly anti-muslim and they indoctrinate their children to be so too. In one part of the film they have a freakin' war dance! It makes me realize how muslims must feel when people talk about Sept. 11th.
